INTRODUCTION TO MUAY THAI COACHING
Summary: This introductory course covers the basics of coaching, focusing on assisting in beginner classes and foundational teaching techniques.

Duration: 2 days
Age Requirement: 16+
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 18 months of Muay Thai experience, including hard sparring or participation in interclub-level competition.
Level 1: Assistant Coach
Summary: At this level, you will learn to assist head coaches effectively, lead basic drills, and understand class structure for beginners. This stage emphasizes practical support and essential coaching skills.

Age Requirement: 16+
Experience Requirement: At least 3 years of Muay Thai experience, including interclub participation and competition exposure.
Level 2: Coach
