Thai Termanilogy Used At LionHeart Muay Thai Academy

Discover the Art & Science of Nine Limbs

Muay Thai is a combat sport that is known for its powerful strikes, clinching techniques, and devastating elbow strikes. Muay Boran, on the other hand, is an ancient martial art that focuses on techniques used in combat scenarios. Both martial arts have a long history in Thailand and are still practiced today. At LionHeart Muay Thai, we strive to teach our students about the history and tradition of these martial arts, as well as the techniques themselves.
