FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION ADULTS GENERAL CLASSES
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class to register and get ready!
WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts or leggings with a T-shirt or vest.
RECOMMENDED: Own boxing gloves, wraps, shin guards and gum shield.
(It is not essential to start as we have spare cloves and shin guards)
WHAT TO BRING: Water, payment & a friendly ready-to-learn attitude!
WHAT ARE OUR CLASSES LIKE:
Our classes involve strength and fitness, mobility work, stretching, partner drills, pad work, sparring and breath work.
All our classes are fun friendly and rewarding, we live by the motto Make a fighter not break a fighter and our focus is to teach practical self-defence and fighting techniques helping students to become confident in footwork, balance, defence, evasion, attacking and counteracting techniques.
No one is pushed to do anything before their time and sparring is an important part of Muay Thai which helps people prepare for fighting experiences.
Muay Thai sparring is an essential aspect of our training at LionHeart Muay Thai. Before engaging in sparring, it's important to understand the terms we use to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.
