Kru (Teacher) LionHeart Muay Thai Head Coach

Kru LionHeart

Kru LionHeart is a celebrated fighter and trainer with nearly 30 years of martial arts experience. His journey began at seven with Japanese Jujitsu and kickboxing, overcoming a severe childhood injury to find empowerment through martial arts.

At 16, Kru LionHeart discovered Muay Thai, training under various coaches due to frequent relocations. He learned from esteemed trainers such as Ralph Beal, an internationally recognized coach, World Champion Tim Izli, and the Muay Thai and Boxing coaches at West London's All Stars Gym, including Shaz, Dell, Lloyd, and Mick. His journey also led him to study Tai Chi and Qi Gong at the school of Tajii, the ancient Egyptian school Ausar Auset, and eventually the Shaolin Temple in London.

His Muay Thai training reached a new level under the profound mentorship of Arjan Vincent Deckon, who trained him in Muay Boran and Sports Muay Thai. Despite stepping away from competitive ring fighting due to old lifelong injuries. However, this didn't stop his martial arts journey. Instead, he continued his training, but now with the focus not on ring fighting, but on the path of a Noble Warrior, to become the best version of himself and use his martial arts training to enrich all other areas of his life. Throughout his career as a film director, writer, producer, and actor, his deep involvement in martial arts significantly shaped and enhanced his abilities.

Kru LionHeart continued his martial arts journey, integrating Muay Thai, Muay Boran, and Krabi Krabong. After years of dedication to his training Master Arjan V graded him as a 12th Khan Muay Thai instructor which gives him the title of Kru (meaning Teacher in Thai), he was also graded as a Kru in Thailand by Grandmaster Woody of the Kru Muay Association.

Kru LionHeart has since developed a unique system of Personal Development that combines traditional and practical Muay Thai training with his own style of Elemental Qi Gong (energy cultivation), functional fitness, and personal performance coaching.

Today, through the Muay Thai Masters Academy and LionHeart Muay Thai classes in London, he advances martial arts by emphasizing self-awareness, physical fitness, and personal mastery. His holistic approach blends traditional Muay Thai with Qi Gong and functional fitness, promoting comprehensive personal development.
